Call for Abstracts
If you wish to contribute please submit an abstract not later than February 1, 2019

The abstract shall not exceed one page plus two explanatory pages (size A4) and shall contain the following aspects:

â–« Full name and address of one author for correspondence
â–« Full name, affiliation, address of other authors/co-authors
â–« Purpose and approach of work
â–« Scientific innovation and relevance to the addressed topics
â–« Results and conclusions
â–« File format: .doc or .pdf

The workshop will include oral presentations and a limited number of poster presentations. Poster presentations at the Workshop do not have a lower value than oral presentations. The poster session is designed to support discussion on important topics and provides high visibility of the contributions. The abstracts with the best evaluation as determined by the Scientific Committee will be selected for contributions at the workshop.
Authors will be notified for acceptance of their abstracts by the organization committee before March 4, 2019. All presentations and posters will be published (as pdf).
The contributors with an accepted abstract at the workshop will get the possibility to submit a peer-reviewed manuscript that will be published in AIP Conference Proceedings after the workshop. Deadline for manuscript submission is May 14, 2019.
